The food quality and freshness have DECLINED tremendously! The food was very stale. They did NOT have any kind of juice! No smoothies, no drinks other than the soda machine! There were no fresh loaves, cookies, or any other bakery standard items besides a few pieces of brownies. I must say, the employees were VERY nice, professional, and polite. The salad they prepared was terrible because the ingredients were NOT fresh at all. There were 13 people there all seated and had their food on their tables. There was no line in front of us at all. I recently went out with some friends, and one of them wanted coffee. Before we grabbed our drinks, a few of us needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever encountered. I work in construction, and I’ve seen cleaner outhouses. As soon as we opened the door, the awful smell hit us. The floor was filthy, and the toilets appeared to have gone uncleaned for at least a week. There was hair and grime around the toilet seat, and there were no paper towels available. OK nice clean we all know how Panera Bread is but the sandwiches are too small the prices are too high, they give you this little bowl of soup and the sandwich is not as big as my hand and I have small hands , we end up paying $20 for 1 sandwiches chips and a drink, and A Baggett bread we bought it was hard really hard it's just not worth going or our spending our hard on money we could have made a better lunch at home and not wasted our money we will next time these restaurants are just not worth the money anymore .I'm not gonna go there again me and my family we rather pay money for something that we can get enough of and its worth our money.
I've experienced several issues with missing food in my deliveries. They offer me a credit on my account, but when I reorder the item that was left out, I get charged an additional $5. Trying to call the restaurant is frustrating; the phone just rings and eventually disconnects. After dealing with this three times, I've decided to stop ordering from them. I'm already paying extra for the food, the delivery fee, and a tip for the driver. I shouldn't have to incur extra charges for their mistakes just because they won’t answer the phone.

Lena and Neiya, along with the rest of the staff, enhance the experience with their excellent customer service, in addition to the delicious food I love. I visit almost every day and always feel welcomed, which is why it has become a part of my daily routine. The staff is wonderful, making this a fantastic spot, especially if you're thinking of Panera.
Super gross. Got a you pick 2 (chicken and wild rice) and a turkey and cheddar sandwich to only find a fly in it. Nope, that isn 't greens but a fly with guts hanging out. Called and got a refund but still that is wrong and disgusting.
Food was OK at best, staff was rude. The soup was palatable, but bland. The sandwich was disgusting, I threw it out after 1 bite. I'll never eat here again. All around horrible experience.
I ordered on the Uber Eats apps and my whole order was not correct. I will not order again. I wasn't feeling well and this was my dinner.
