They called me on Monday to point out that I had ordered more bread than I actually needed, which was very considerate. Then, they called yesterday to confirm my order, which helped me cross something off my to-do list. Just before delivery, I panicked because I forgot to ask for serving utensils, so I scrambled to gather some old spoons from various break rooms. Fortunately, there was no need to worry because they provided everything I could possibly need, including extra serving bowls for the bread and apples.

I reached out to my contact at the local Panera Catering office (a special shout-out to Eric, the Catering Sales Manager – he truly worked wonders!). Without hesitation, they agreed to assist us with our event, which involved coordinating with several of their locations. The meals were delivered as promised (they have the capacity to handle this!), the food was delicious, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth. I cannot recommend Panera enough for your next catered event, whether it's a simple business lunch or a large gathering with many moving parts. You won’t be disappointed!
We had Panera Catering for a wedding brunch: From the initial contact with the catering department to the delivery person I can't tell you how happy we were with the service and the brunch they delivered. All details were amazing , the coffee was hot the orange juice cold and the bagels and pastries were wonderful. We had about 100 and some people show up for the wedding brunch and they all were impressed with the details. I. Thank you!!!!

This place shouldn't even be considered a Panera Bread. Overall, it feels more like a catering version of Panera. They don't serve coffee, only bottled drinks. There's only one pickup window, and the signage directing you to the Panera Bread is really poor.
I worked here everyday on my laptop in the upstairs dining room. I love the staff and getting breakfast each morning was great. I hope the staff has been well this year and I’m looking forward to seeing them when I can!
First time going cause I went for the mac cheese (obviously) it was Amazinggg. I had the Tuscan chicken sandwich also very delish!

The bacon mac and cheese was quite tasty. It was a small portion, and with a drink, it cost $10.
I haven't experienced any poor customer service at this location; it's a really lovely place.
