Our food took an astonishing 45 minutes to arrive. We placed our order at the kiosk, but there was no information regarding the expected wait time. After waiting for 25 minutes, my partner went to inquire about a refund, only to be told they couldn't refund a gift card, which was very frustrating. So, we were left waiting for our meal for a full 45 minutes or risk losing $35. I don't blame the staff; they were clearly short-staffed, and I've seen this before. It would have been helpful if there had been a sign near the kiosk indicating the wait time.
The food is good, however the service has gotten shady recently. As of a few months ago they started implementing a minimum order requirement in order to get curb side pick up otherwise you can only pick up in store. Today i ordered the Tuesday baker's dozen in store for $6.99 but saw it was $7.59 to order in the app. I don't know what else they charge more when you order in the app but be careful.
this is the best panera location in the opposite service is friendly, ordering are correct, waiting times are reasonable and the restaurant dining area was always clean when I have inaugurated. the manager, lydia, is super friendly and always goes out of her to welcome customers and make sure everything is good. if they want to panera, I recommend this location.
Talk about chaos! Ordered take out on app for and is said would be ready for 1:18pm since it was a large order. Came at 1:13pm and they didn?t even see the order to start it. After running around for 5 minutes they realized that and said ?it will be ready in 10 min, sorry about it? then what?s the point of using online ordering m. This store is a mess!

Panera has been one of my go-to spots for lunch for many years, but I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced recently. I had a few questions for the manager, Jamie, and she seemed quite indifferent and unhelpful. While I still enjoy the food, the lack of customer service was disappointing.
The bread in my daughter's sandwich was incredibly fresh. The apple chicken salad was exceptional! I loved the dried apple slices, and the pecans and feta provided a delightful addition to the salad.
Portions were embarrassing is size and soup was cold. Had to microwave my own soup to get it warmer. Manager was extremely rude. This with the insane prices, I am done with Panera for good.

This autumn butternut squash soup is absolutely delicious! The chipotle chicken sandwich was a bit bland, but the bread was excellent.
The salad is excellent, the coffee is outstanding, and the apples are occasionally fresh.
