I absolutely love Panera Bread! We have breakfast there every Saturday morning and usually grab lunch there on most weekdays. The managers, Jeff and Mike, at the Balltown location always make a point to greet us, regardless of how busy they are. The entire staff is friendly, and the food is delicious and fresh. It's always bustling with customers, which tells me they are doing everything right!
I belong to the unlimited sip club, and my experience at the Panera Bread on Balltown Rd in Niskayuna, NY was disappointing. The counters around the soda machines were not clean, and the soda tasted flat. They also didn’t have any lemonades or green tea available. Meanwhile, the staff were just chatting among themselves behind the counter. I won't be returning; I'm very disappointed.
Expensive prices and tiny portions. We frequently receive incorrect orders or missing items. Last night, I received only a small piece of a sandwich that was supposed to include avocado, but it was missing. I can't help but wonder where the rest went. Oh wait, there it is—some slimy, brownish-green thing. I hope whoever got the rest of my sandwich enjoyed the avocado!
Good food, nice employees, but I don't think I've stopped when they DIDN'T mess up my order. They never get it right! Always forgetting something, giving the wrong items, ignoring substitutions and alterations to the food. As a vegetarian it upsets megreatly whenever I see they left the meat on my food. They seriously need to work on that. Réservez une table maintenant
I haven't visited Panera Bread in a while, but I decided to pick up some food for the family for dinner tonight. Unfortunately, I found the interior to be quite dirty, and the prices seem high given the small portion sizes. Next time, I think I'll just make the soup at home and buy some bread from a local bakery. I won’t be returning.
I really enjoyed the Turkey Chili and Italian sandwich I ordered. My husband had the Caesar salad with chicken, and the portion was enormous! The Steak and Arugula sandwich was spot on as well. The staff at the Schenectady Panera were friendly, and the service was quick.
