The level of ignorance displayed by the cashier was amazing. My son and I were the only ppl waiting at the cash register. Waiting for an extended period of time to be helped only for another customer to walk in and then the woman suddenly became available and helped them, ignoring that I was waiting several minutes to pay for my items. When I complained, the woman became ignorant and said well I hope you have a nice day. See ya.! Well sweetheart, I hope you are in a position soon or no, customer would have to deal with you. Because you shouldn’t be in a position where any customer sees you representing their business.
Waited over 20 minutes for an order that was incorrect. They forgot a Flatbread and then it took over 15 minutes to get it made. We had the receipt and paid for the Flatbread but they tried to make us pay for it again. Then the male employee that made it was extremely rude to the girl at the register and yelled at her here 's your remake . Ummm. It wasn 't a remake at all it was make the food I paid for that you forgot to make in the first place.
Stopped by on Saturday April 1st to grab lunch. Store was not as clean as it normally is. Crew members preparing food were dropping F bombs the entire time I waited. Shocked to see 2 members walk around the corner and smoke while still just a few step away from counter. Food was fine though but definitely won 't go back to this location for awhile.
The food was delicious, it came out in a timely manner and everyone was friendly. The restaurant is clean and I have no health concerns going in there. The turkey bacon bravo is delicious and I just got their teriyaki chicken and broccoli rice bowl and that was fantastic. Réservez une table maintenant
This is the best spot I've visited in the area. The staff is professional, the restaurant is clean, and the food is prepared quickly. My order was correct on the first try, and the dining area was peaceful. This will be my new favorite place to go when I'm at Panera!
