I had a really nice experience with Marianna who took my order. She was patient when I opened my mind and she was really pleasant to chat. I finished ordering their Go-to coffee order (a Chai-Tee Latte w a pump of vanilla syrup) which was the perfect choice on a cold day. Thank you for your kindness Marianna, you did my day Edit: The entire staff is great at this point. Unfortunately, I had to experience a karen in action, and the administration of the duty has done such an amazing work today that kept her serenity and friendliness during the ridiculous order. More self-control and patience than I could ever imagine. The staff here deserves a great godfather on the back AND an increase while you are! Outstanding customer service and high-end people working here.
My granddaughter got a Greek salad. She loves eating every bite and a cookie. We went to eat some of them together in him. I had my very favorite tomato soup and half the chicken salad Sammy. We both enjoyed our visit. I recommend Panera. You will be able to find something you like, maybe even your new favorite food. The menu is extensive soups, salads Sammies, great breakfast selection, delicious coffee, hot and icy, other delicious drinks selection, and so much more. Enjoy!
Warming morning breakfast, fresh bagels and the hot sandwiches were delicious. I was glad to get the food to go though as the trash cans were completely full and the diner didn’t seem to be cleaned. The containers that hold the drinks are absolutely disgusting with crumbs and dropped sauces in it. So don’t bother with a lid, I really think the manager needs to step up the cleaning parade of teammates making hourly rounds or something.
I typically don't eat when I go here but when I do eat the food is superb. I typically come here for meetings, Bible studies, or personal studies whether for school (past) or self development. Staff is always kind nice and positive. Sometimes they even give out goodies at the end of the night. Today they let me use a bowl and a spoon for my salad without even charging me a penny. Super sweet people.
