My spouse inquired about two other soups that were listed as new additions on the menu and displayed on the digital board, website, and nutrition fact sheet. However, she was told they no longer carried those soups either. This caused her some anxiety as she struggled to respond given her limited lunch break. Ultimately, she decided to settle for the same soup we had ordered previously so she could at least have something to eat.

As for the new chicken sandwich from the chef, it really fell short of expectations and was nothing like what was advertised in the commercials. The chicken was a bit dry, the bun wasn't toasted, and the mayonnaise just soaked into the bread. Instead of a slice of cheese, they used cheese chips. While I don’t mind them on a salad, they just didn't work on the sandwich. There was a decent amount of lettuce, but overall, it didn’t live up to the hype.
The frozen strawberry lemonade also didn't match the picture. While the taste was pleasant, it was more of a pale, watery pink rather than the thicker, darker red drink shown on the poster at the front counter.
I walked in. Ordered my food. Waited... and waited and finally after 15 minutes I was told they were out of the soup that I ordered. I asked if I could have some Mexican Corn Chowder and she told me We don 't sell that one anymore verbatim. Why did you let me order it if you didn 't sell the product/service anymore? I wasted a lot of my lunchtime for some soup that I didn 't even want.
Worst service. They clearly have employees that don 't care about their job. Don 't bother going into the drive thru either if you want quick service you will be in the drive thru forever. Overpriced and not worth it. And if you want to complain don 't bother trying to talk to a manager they are always too busy just talk directly to customer service.

This Panera site has some of the most friendly staff from the manager below. Manager described which options were available up to the cookie selection. Restaurant was clean and well kept, and yes the food was a little expensive for what you get, although the most likely the Panera pricing. Food: 4/5
The food is excellent, and the service is generally quick and efficient. I really appreciate how fresh and healthy the dishes are! While the prices are a bit on the higher side, they are still a much better value compared to eating at McDonald's for just a dollar.
They clearly do not know how to take any orders. This is the second time this happened. I specifically asked them and confirmed twice to put extra avocado instead of chicken and this is what i got (picture below). I paid almost $13 for this empty sandwich!

Google isn't always right.Google says it's open til 10pm but at 8:40 the lights are off and the doors are locked. Call ahead. 2022 October 28th Friday night... They only stay open for pickup orders so you have to order online.
Love their blueberry bagels muffins. Their cookies are good too. I like the variety of choices they offer as well.
