The food at this restaurant is tasty, but I wouldn't return because of the poor service. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but waiting 15 minutes for 2 sliced, untoasted bagels to go is unacceptable. I would rather spend my time elsewhere.

I attempted to purchase a bagel with cash, but they refused to break my bill because they needed to "drop it." I ended up leaving without any food, feeling disappointed and frustrated with the indifferent employees.
