And I really didn't have to hear that the manager is mean for the staff and they work with a sense of urgency. She was also rude to the customers. She doesn't have to worry about me being back. The experience in the shop can be very different; this review is for food supplied by this site (600 Chastain Road, Kennesaw). We used the Panera app to order food: two sandwiches, two soups plus tip and delivery were just over $60. The food was delivered on time by DoorDash. When opening the packaging, the soup containers were half empty and the store was made of chips, so they replaced Baguettes! Nothing goes better with a sandwich than a side of bread! If the soup had been warm, it would have been overwhelming. I cannot recommend her Turkish chili or French onion soup. Both were basically water... tasteless. Today was my first Panera Bread experience. I came in and was greeted nicely by the cashier, she took my order and went to my table to get it done. I see many people complaining about slow service. Of course I came in at noon, so I'm not surprised. You can place the order online before you arrive. I ordered a Mac and cheese sandwich that's nice as I'm a fan of Mac and cheese. When I sat on my table, the bread was nice and warm, but the Mac was cold. I went to the pick-up switch to ask if the sandwich should be cold or not. My order was not correct, but this is not the problem. The toilets were dirty, so I asked to talk to a manager. The person I said his name was Logan, but given his answer when I told him about the condition of the toilet room, I doubt that he actually was the manager. His first explanation for me was what do you want? When I told him about the problem, his next answer was So what do you expect me to do about it? Even if he didn't want to do anything about it, there was absolutely no need to be so rude and confrontative about a slightly fixed sanitary problem. I usually don't report this kind of things, but it was about the worst sanitary and customer service I've ever seen in a restaurant.

I ordered some items for delivery and one was missing. I called and was very quickly put on with Logan, a manager, because neither picking it up from store nor a refund would work for me (covid, but I need food). Not only did they let me reorder it and refund the second order once it was delivered, the reorder came with some extra goodies. Food quality is as good as other Paneras, customer service is above and beyond.
