From experience, Panera can be either a hit or a miss depending on the location. This Panera location is usually a hit. The place looks was very clean and service was quick. I guess because we came early enough it wasn't busy. However, this location can be very busy depending on time and day. This is store is also very accomodating with any sandwich customizations and requests. They are usually on point although a few mishaps have happened previously. Service was very friendly. Portions can vary though. There are times when I get big and smaller portions of the same you pick two's. Overall a great experience.
This is the best Panera Bread I’ve been to since 2006 (and I've dined in many countries). The food is fresh and delicious, and the restaurant is spotless. What truly sets this location apart is the management. Walter, the manager, was friendly, approachable, and professional. I encountered an issue with my order today, and he resolved it promptly, all while wearing a smile. I wish more managers like him could be found in other places. His exceptional service deserves recognition from the company. Great job, and I will definitely be back! This place truly stands out!
I recently visited a long-standing Panera Bread location. While it offers a decent amount of space, it's not as large as the Menlo Park site. Generally, dining at Panera is a pleasant experience, although it used to be a bit pricey. Now, you can find similar fast dining options at comparable prices. The food may be slightly healthier than typical fast food, but most dishes fall into the average to above-average taste category. The tables are clean, and the atmosphere is well-lit throughout the day.
I absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. I enjoy coming here, especially when I want to relax and have a delicious meal with a great cup of coffee. I always have a wonderful experience whenever I visit.

The young lady in the register with our order was very helpful and polite. She showed patience and, quite consciously, answered some questions we had about things on the menu.
Good eats, roomy. I enjoy the variety of salads and sandwiches. Bagels are awesome...buy one or two for breakfast!
