I come to this store often because I like to eat relatively healthy but lately 1 over 3 orders is missing something. I mostly pick up and eat at home so I don’t have the chance to inform them of a missing part of the meal (dressing, side baguette etc. . If this trend continues I’ll have to stop going because I pay for the sides as well. Very disappointed on whoever makes or has to check the orders. The food otherwise is good but the frustration of not finding parts of the order in the bag is strong.
Staff was rude. Full disclosure they were about to close (entered at 7:40 when closing is at 8). The staff was rude at the pick up counter when I tried to exchange a 75% bruised apple for an edible one. Then I asked for ranch for the overpriced dry pizza. After the initial condescending laugh I was informed that we don't sell ranch here The portion size at panera has diminished substantially while the prices have increased. At least treat people with respect when they overpay for decent food.
Every time I go here the order is either wrong or they don't have bread??? Panera bread and you don't have bread?? I went in there the other day and no one was in line. I waited at the counter at least ten minutes with employees walking by and no one said a word or took my order so I left. Panera break has good food but needs new employees and management. I spent yesterday morning having breakfast with a close friend and fellow Christian sister, and then we started a Book Club at this restaurant. Panera is a fantastic place to connect with others and share life together. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent!
Mother's Day breakfast with my sweet kiddos! I'm so blessed to spend this time with them and my amazing husband and carry over this time into church and worship the Lord this morning! ??Panera is in my top 3 for breakfast picks! Be patient with them though as they are short staffed.

Was very disappointed in the new spicy take sandwich. I could hardly tell there was buffalo sauce on it and also lacking in the spicy pickles.
