This is the only Panera location close to me, and I order from here frequently, but it definitely needs some serious management improvements. Almost every time I place an order, there is something wrong with it. They often run out of basic items like tea, and the orders themselves are frequently messy. Additionally, there are areas in the restaurant that require repairs or are simply not clean. While some staff members are friendly and do a great job, others seem to be quite annoyed by customers. I've overheard employees loudly expressing their dissatisfaction with their pay and responsibilities on several occasions, which comes off as unprofessional. This is my go-to Panera, and I frequent it often, but significant management improvements are needed. Almost every time I place an order here, something goes wrong. They tend to be inconsistent with even simple items like tea, and many of the orders are just messy. Additionally, parts of the restaurant are in need of repairs and not well-maintained. Some employees are friendly and helpful, but others appear quite annoyed that customers are there at all, and I've found myself having to confront them about their attitude on several occasions. This is the worst Panera location I've ever visited, but unfortunately, living in Cabot, it's the closest one to me. They've never gotten my order right, not even once. The quality here is much lower compared to other Panera locations. I used to work at Panera in another state, and the food quality they’ve sent home with me would never have been tolerated there. Every visit feels like a waste of money. It's really disappointing because I've given them more chances than I probably should have.
This is the only Panera Bread I’ll visit in the area! They always have what I’m looking for, but what stands out even more is their AMAZING customer service! Tasha greets everyone with a big smile and a cheerful "Welcome to Panera Bread." We visited this restaurant for the first time on September 22, 2022. Tasha welcomed us and took our order, and she was incredibly friendly and inviting! She seemed genuinely happy to be working there. It appeared that the entire staff got along well! The place was clean, the food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding! Great job, everyone!
I had an amazing experience at Panera! The staff efficiently cleaned our table before we sat down and were exceptionally friendly throughout our visit. Even though our food took a little longer than we anticipated, they continuously apologized and even offered us a complimentary cookie to make up for the wait. The service was truly outstanding!
They are usually great but they were sold out of my croissants on this visit. I wanted to try all the new summer beverages.. a very nice selection but I myself did not care for any of them, very sour.
