If you have food restrictions, do not waste your time with this place. I'm vegan and ordered a Baja Bowl without feta or yogurt. I went in to correct it because it came without corn/black bean alsa I had left for protein. They told me they didn't have black beans-mais-sassa, but they could make me different and refund me. Then I waited for 45 minutes for a Mediterranean sandwich without feta for sourdough bread. When I asked about it, one of the staff called about the room that they don't have half the ingredients for my sandwich. I wanted to go, but they asked me to stay because they would make it. When I finally got my sandwich and went to my car, Feta had it. I went back to give it back and they told me they gave me the wrong one and gave me a new one. I finally came home and this sandwich also has feta. If I had an allergy to milk and would bite before the review, I would have had a serious medical emergency. This place does not take nutritional restrictions seriously and wastes two hours of your day to convince you otherwise. I work in a restaurant myself and I appreciate some of the female staff for friendly and polite to me while they tried to fix the mistakes, but the lack of communication in the kitchen is very obvious. I will not return to Panera in Midlothian.
