We are there with 20 minutes, and the galle behind the kiosk sweeping let us use the kiosk to order, but let us not know that they were out of nothing. We ordered chickens with wild rice soup. Get out. We had paid and asked for a refund. They reimbursed the soup, but not the drinks, so she had to do this on another transaction and told us that she was unable to refund the tip. She couldn't print the receipt because the paper was in the printer on the back. Why do they even open the last half hour when they pack all the food before. For me, this is due to close duties. Your computer ordering system must specify what you have and what you do not place or an employee on order, so that it or he can be with the kitchen in the closing step. But why have your doors opened the last half hour if you can?t service orders anyway. Sounds like they need a new manager. W was called to help the Gal with the refund, never addressed to us and gave her one or two words answers and was gone. It was not very supported by his staff and customer service.
