We ordered online, and everything went fine. No messages that they were out of anything. By the time we got our delivery 45 minutes later, we didn't get any of the bread. Bread bowls and French Baguettes. I tried to call, but after waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes, I took our meal and went to the restaurant instead. It wasn't busy. When I spoke with the manager, she explained they were out of bread. Okay, fine. I get that. She said she told the driver to tell me. The driver didn't. Not even after I exclaimed that the bag our food came in was smaller than I expected. What makes me upset is that I paid for something, never received it, and never got reimbursed. When I went to this panera tonight, it smells so strong and bad it was hard to breathe. as if someone was cleaning with bad chemicals and burning brot. I ordered an salat on the mobile app and it took 10 minutes for me to get it when there are no other customers in the building. there were six teenagers, five talk and one make the salat. They complained about their jobs, complained about not feeling good, and or about other inappropriate things with a customer around. I never had a bad experience in a panera, but that wasn't a great one! no one else asked if I needed help or what I was for update 25 min later. also no dressing in my order
I ordered a large delivery order for a company meeting to be delivered by a certain time and it came 45 minutes early. The hot food will be cold and soggy. I called the manager at the store and she blamed it on doordash and said that they don't have enough time to re-do the order and get it to us on time. She offered to mail me some coupons. What a waste of $170.00 in food. I don't think I will be using the coupons if they ever come. Very Dissatisfied.
My daughter received a free kids meal coupon from her teacher but then we found out she needed the purchase of a drink..which is understandable. The total came up to $4.02. So you mean to tell me a kids drink cost more than $4?

Ok pricy food. Nice casual place. Most employees are nice. Some of the managers are rude depending on the place. For instance, commerce town location is terrible. Farmington hills on Halsted village is ok.
Tried to get my birthday pastry couldn't get it wouldn'tcome up on my rewards number. Showed the employee the text I received still nothing very disappointed
The food quality continues to go downhill, as well as the burnt coffee tasting more burnt. And the customer service is dreadful.
Same food is in the freezer aisle of the grocery store. Why pay three times as much for someone else to microwave it?
