I visited this Panera location for the first time this morning, meeting a friend for a business discussion. It was a delightful experience overall. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. A young woman was out front raking leaves, another assisted me with my drink order, and one on the cooking line answered my questions about the Wi-Fi. I especially want to mention Mr. Aaron, who provided outstanding service without me even asking. He was exceptionally friendly and accommodating! I really appreciated his efforts—he truly made my day!
I had no idea how affordable Panera bread was! I’ve been missing out on their delicious vegan bagels for years and didn’t even know it! The staff at this location is wonderfully welcoming and cordially accommodating. I’ve been able to purchase avocado slices for my bagels which is always filling and a great plant-based option. I’ve asked for milk and they were happy to substitute almond milk for regular cows milk. This is a lovely location, thank you for being so hospitable!
The service here was incredible. From the initial order to receiving the food. A gentleman by the name of Mr. Aaron made sure we got everything we needed from taking the plates for us to helping my Fiancée pour and bag up her to go chili. I came to Google to see if Mr. Aaron was getting the recognition he deserves, and he is! His friendliness and personality really stood out to me while I was dining here. I received excellent service from start to finish, and when a large group arrived while I was eating, the staff handled it seamlessly! I would definitely recommend this place!

The Panera on University has done the impossible...they are wonderful again! I am ecstatic! I was traveling all the way to Kanis for Autumn Squash soup. Credit goes to VIOLET, the new manager! All of the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean again! Also, a shout out to our cashier, TIFFANY. She was very helpful and kind.
I go to this restaurant for lunch around 4 or 5 times a week after my workouts at LA FITNESS, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The quality of service is very important to me, and they consistently meet my high standards, so I never have to worry about it!
My mom and I visited Panera Bread often. She loved there soups and chili's. I loved their grilled cheese sandwich and cheese and broccoli soup. Always a good place to eat.
I truly love the sandwiches, soups, and salads—particularly the pastries! The staff is friendly and accommodating, which enhances the entire experience.
