The customer service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. I found it challenging to place my order because the cashier appeared more concerned with getting my phone number right than efficiently handling my order. It took her five minutes to notice that the number I provided didn’t match any customer in their system. Even though I insisted that I just wanted to place a breakfast order, she kept asking the same question over and over. Darwin is the best! He is quick, diligent, friendly, polite, and professional. He also greets everyone that comes in. He listens to what my order is supposed to. A few days ago, I ordered a plain bagel. I ended up with an everything bagel. I placed another order and I said a Large broccoli cheddar mac and cheese. The associate gave me broccoli cheddar soup. No wonder she asked me for a bowl or a cup. I won't deduct the stars because a good review is better than a negative one. Darwin gives awesome and positive vibes. A great reason to return back to this Panera!
I ordered from Panera via Uber Eats, having had positive experiences there before. Unfortunately, after spending $38, I was very disappointed. I got a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup for my wife, a cup of French onion soup for myself, and a sandwich that cost $9, which would have been $14 if I had opted to turn it into a meal. The soups arrived half full and without cheese, and instead of the usual bread, I received a subpar side of chips. For $38, this meal was simply not worth it. I won't be ordering from them again; it was an incredibly overpriced letdown.
Overall, the service was almost okay and the food was overpriced. The employees seemed more interested in chit-chat than working. They were very disengaged and didn't even call out the order names while we were standing there (they didn't have pagers when we went). The store is very much not busy, yet there's a long line. Originally I was going to give it 3 stars, but the wait made it 2 stars. Wasted 10m because the employees didn't even put a name on our bag. I guess I'm supposed to rummage through the bags and guess what's in it.

What am I missing about this place? From what I've heard, they're just okay. Are they selective? I walked in as the third person in line, but no one greeted me. They weren’t busy, yet service was incredibly slow. No one said, "We'll be right with you" or apologized for the wait. The menu board had very few items, and their names didn’t clearly describe what the dishes were. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing they were still with the same customer from when I arrived, I left. I won’t be returning.
I decided to stop going to this restaurant for several reasons. The lobby and outdoor seating areas were often dirty. My orders were also incorrect on several occasions. They have a habit of including romaine lettuce as the base in their salads, which I initially thought was just a mistake, but it kept happening. It feels like they might be trying to save money. I now prefer the Wiregrass location, which is cleaner and offers better quality food. The owners of this location should take note.
This Panera Bread location operates more like a generic cafeteria and falls short in several areas. My order was wrong, prices are exorbitant, customer service was somewhat rude, and the product quality was disappointing (chewy bread, low-quality cheese). When the card reader malfunctioned, the cashier ignored my requests for help twice. I had to find an employee by name just to complete my payment. I strongly recommend finding your coffee or breakfast elsewhere.
Loved this panera. Small outdoor seating with massive indoor dining. The interior is really cozy and specious. Great vibe nearby. This whole place is surrounded by restaurants,coffee shops,stores,sushi place etc. There's a EV charging station right next. So while your vehicle is charging this panera is probably the best place to have some foods. The staff as usual are friendly and informed.

I ordered a Cobb Salad to go, but I was let down to find that it was just a quarter of a salad already mixed with dressing. It resembled rabbit food, with wilted lettuce and no chicken or bacon. The price was too steep for the quality of the food, and the service was lacking as well.
The new menu is disappointing; it features an overwhelming amount of cheese and bacon.
