Today was my very first time ordering from Panera Bread. I kept seeing the margherita pizza on TV commercials and couldn 't resist. Id like to share my experience...The first person that answered the phone said 1 person was ahead of me. Thats fine,I 'll wait. She put down the phone and never came back! After waiting 15/20 minutes and realizing she 's greeting another customerI hung up and called back. CJ was VERY nice/helpful but the ball was already rolling. My daughter and I just went there for the first time for dinner tonight, we ordered our dinner and we could not eat most of it so we got it to go back and put it in a to-go bag. Well I guess we forgot our to go back on the table and we left, notice that we did not have our leftover bag and drove back to the restaurant within 5 minutes and ask the lady at the counter has she seen a to-go bag explained that we were just there and left our bag on the table and it's gone, but it was nowhere to be found. I came here to get some soup as a recovery meal post-op. The bowl size was perfect and the soup 's temperature was perfect too. This was since because it 's so much better than canned soup. The place was quiet and clean. The only small issue is the signsaid my food was ready and when I walked up to the counter it wasn 't ready. They actually cleared my name from the "ready "stage before it was ready. I 'm guessing they must be timed on quickness, so they cheated the system a bit. I visited this restaurant to have some soup as a comforting meal after a surgery. The portion size of the bowl was just right and the temperature of the soup was perfect. It was a nice change from canned soup. The restaurant was peaceful and tidy. The only minor problem was that the sign indicated my food was ready when it actually wasn't. It seems like they might be focused on speed and removed my name from the ready list before my order was truly prepared. It didn't bother me too much since I was in no rush that day.
Unfortunately my first time eating here I had a bad experience. My pizza was a flatbread but the crust was totally soft it was very undercooked and I ordered The bread bowl with chili and the amount of chili they gave me was barely enough to fill thebottom of the bread bowl the bread was hard as a rock and didn?t taste very fresh at all. Will never eat here again
Came to Panera Bread after an event with my family. This was my son's selection, I really enjoyed the food, it was very tasty. The staff was very patient while we placed our order with our special needs. The restaurant was very clean. I would recommendand most definitely go back again.
