Panera Bread - Réservation de table

Check your orders!!!! This is the third time I have not had a complete order. Twice they failed to include the cookies I ordered, didn't have time to check things before I got home. This time they failed to bring out the freaking $8 smoothie for our drive thru. When you have kids in the car... using drive thru is the way to go. The manager here acted super inconvenienced by having to apologize but it was his own mistake. Acted very skittish to give me his bosses information. So now I'm calling corporate and looking for Brian. You owe me money Panera.... the cookies, not thrilled but to almost leave an $8 smoothie.... not okay.

There were ups and downs, the drinks like the lemonade are good the broccoli mac and cheese was wonderful. The bread today wasn't fresh the French bread was particularly stail the tomato cucumber salad was disgusting was a small portion too, there wascrumbs on plates from the food not good presentation at all, the normal Mac and cheese was watery. Me and my daughter didn'tenjoy the food either didn't hit the spot. She had put down allergies when we ordered but the sizes of normal and not aren't thesame either. It's a hit or miss with Panera bread

I am extremely disappointed with Panera. The prices for a simple meal are high, and the size of the sandwich is a rip-off. I paid $15 for a sandwich that was smaller than an Uncrustable. The taste was okay, it was the usual turkey Avocado BLT. I would be willing to pay more if the sandwich was a reasonable size for an adult, not a toddler. Panera, you need to improve.

Are you kidding me. Just drove thru the drive up, ordered salad and hunk of bread was my choice. Really, you can?t even put a salad and piece of bread in a bag?? No bread. Not the first time. Guess I should hold up line and check my order, my bad.Expectation on my part was to high. Not sure what job you could do. Penfield store. Réservez une table maintenant

This restaurant is a favorite spot, especially when in Fairport, NY. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the service is professional. The restaurant is always clean, and the food is consistently of great quality. The "take 2" menu item is a family favorite, making it a good place for a gathering.

So I ve stopped here twice recently because the location is convenient for me. I order the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. They ask do you want the eggs scrambles or over easy I reply over easy I get scrambled. Twice not once. Do theynot know how to make over easy or is it a bit harder?

Ordering process must be streamlined, it just takes too long. One could literally miss work lunch hour.This is a glorified fast food establishment, with unacceptably slow ordering process. Réservez une table maintenant
