Panera has really declined over the past few years. It used to be a place with reasonable prices, cleanliness, and good food. However, they've removed many of my favorite items (I miss their clam chowder so much), and now they charge full restaurant prices while expecting you to pick up your food at the counter and bus your own dishes. On top of that, you now have to order using kiosks. The cleanliness of the restaurants is also a major issue. No matter which city you’re in or what time of day you visit, there’s trash everywhere, the drink dispenser is sticky with syrup and often out of ice, the iced tea dispenser is usually empty and has no lid, and there is rarely anyone available to assis...
Guess it's a sign of the times. Slightly higher prices and smaller servings. This location is nice except when there's no parking when it's busy to get in and out fast. But what was really annoying was that there were $5 October coupons all over theInternet (which prompted our visit) for orders over $25 but none worked and provided no explanation as to why. Still good foodtho. Some of the kids working there could use a bit an attitude adjustment as I felt as tho I was bothering them by ordering. Weordered two salads exactly the same and no special requests and the guy left us in the middle of the order to let someoneelse finish it. At Panera Bread, I found only a couple of small slices of chicken on my salad—quite meager and disappointing. Their response to rising costs seems to be drastically reducing the key ingredient: the chicken. If you want a proper meal, either order extra chicken or choose something else from the menu. The salads with meat just don't offer enough to satisfy.
Panera Bread management needs to offer higher pay to attract workers. Did a Rapid Pickup order and got the notification that it was ready. Went there and they did not even start making my order. Had to wait 15 minutes. The couple of workers were backed up with a long todo list. Seriously the management needs to hire more people with attractive pay.

The bowl itself was about an inch tall, containing only half an inch of brown rice, 6 olives, 3 cherry tomatoes, roughly one cucumber slice, a few arugula leaves, and topped with half a cup of sour cream. A fair price would be closer to $4; this feels like something McDonald's would make, but with a Panera price tag.
I placed an order through DoorDash and received only half of the grilled cheese, with no turkey sandwich or salad included. I reordered, and this time I ended up with soup, even though I hadn’t ordered any. It's hard to believe they could get such a simple order so wrong.
This store is always out of ingredients. Our visit today they were out of more than half of their breads, including baguette. This shouldn't happen for a bread store. Looking behind the counter, the place looks like a mess. Floors are filthy.
This location isn’t the best; they frequently forget items and the orders aren’t always accurate. However, we generally love Panera. If you’re a regular visitor, this spot might leave you disappointed.

All employees are great but Precious is an outstanding employee and the night managerIs very hard working and attentive to his customers.
