I truly enjoy my visits to this café. The ambiance is wonderful, and the service is outstanding. It really depends on what you're after and the time of day. Personally, I prefer going from 7:30 to 11:00, just before lunchtime. I can settle by the fireplace, unwind, and read while enjoying Wi-Fi on my tablet. I've noticed that some retirees come in with friends to catch up, which enhances the welcoming atmosphere. I've been there during lunchtime as well; while it does get quite loud, it's alive with great conversations and gatherings. The salads and smoothies here are delicious, too. I've tried a nearby café, but this one is certainly the better choice.
My friend visited your restaurant about an hour ago. He is in the army, and for the past 48 hours, he and his unit have been working hard to prepare donations for Puerto Rico. Today, they finally had the chance to go home, and on their way, they decided to stop by your restaurant for a meal. He was still in his uniform since he didn't have time to change. When he placed his order, a manager approached him and informed him that the total was $0. We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude and let you know how deeply touched he was by your generosity. Thank you!
You ruined it for me Stoughton Panera Bread. I ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich?.it?s usually delicious wherever I go but yours was exceptionally disappointing?. 4 chopped almonds on the whole sandwich!!!! Don?t do me like that. I come for thealmonds!!! The extra mound of raggedy lettuce does not make up for that? and where is my pickle, because I couldn?t find it onmy plate? if your out of ingredients tell me at the register? I didn?t cheat you when it came to paying the bill? you owe me andI just tried the sanitizer station and it?s empty.
There was only one person at the cash register who was also taking care of the customers, resulting in a long wait just to pay for two hot coffees and an iced tea. Ultimately, we had to discard our drinks because the coffee was the worst I’ve ever tasted.

This is one of the best Panera Bread locations in the area. I’ve visited around a dozen times, and it’s consistently a positive experience. The drive-thru is incredibly convenient as well.
Terrible service at Panera Bread. I waited 30 minutes for a Mango smoothie while the staff were goofing off instead of attending to the menu orders.
Waited more than 30 minutes in the drive-thru at Panera Bread in Stoughton. Completely unacceptable! I won’t be coming back!
This is the only one I'll come to haven't enjoyed any other panera bread I have been too.

Soup was cold and chicken sandwich was hard to chew. Over priced. $18.00. Outrageous!
