Had a chance to get lunch with my daughter. She loves Panera bread Co. The food was delicious and ready in a short time. I want to say a special thanks to the staff, especially the manager who assisted us he was so kind, allowing me my birthday treat. My daughter was good for her birthday treat.....thank you so very much. Something as simple as a cookie can make a whole day. Thank you, Michael Hope I this makes your day as you made mine with your kindness.
I visited this restaurant during the busy lunch rush before heading to surgery. There was a 25-minute wait for food, which was going to make it difficult for me to eat anything within the 15-minute window before my surgery. However, the manager on duty was understanding and promptly provided me with soup broth so that I could eat before the cut-off time. I was truly grateful for his kindness and willingness to assist me during a stressful time. Thank you.
Lucy is exceptional! I had a catering order with Dunkin Donuts this morning that they cancelled last minute. Lucy saved the day! I called ahead with my order and she started putting it together before I even got there. She managed to get it all together for me in 10 minutes. She saved our conference! She was so quick and nice. I really appreciate all the help she provided and her excellent customer service.
If you happen to be reading this review in the middle of the week during the day, I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant. You can order at the kiosk if it's open, or simply go to the front desk to place your order. The food is consistently delicious, and the service at this location is quick whether you're dining in or taking out. The employee working at the pick up area was fantastic.
I was here several times. Always clean and friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious! I did a star because the coffee drinks, while also delicious, are very inconsistent in strength. Sometimes they are perfect and on my last visit the Iced Mocha Latte tasted my mom as if it had a double shot of espresso and my frozen caramel was also quite strong. Panera Bread is MY Favorite!
This place was charming and I was greeted by a beautiful good morning by cashier / host. The food was excellent! I even bought a beautiful foliage rustic sourdough bread...mmmmmmmm. The hostess showed me where salt and pepper was and went to me to make sure I found it. This was a great experience... good food...big menu and excellent service with positivity. A
