The dirtiest Panera I have EVER been in. The smell will hit you as soon as you hit the door. A large amount of the tables were FILTHY! I walked around the entire restaurant looking. Crumbs and trash on the tables AND the floor. It just looked really hectic in there. I finally found a table that I wiped myself, I used hand sanitizer and napkins (the few napkins they did have available). A gentleman came and half wiped a few of the tables. He was the only one I saw attempting to clean (attempt is a STRONG word cause he barely put any elbow into it). I don't know the rules on soliciting in the shoppinng center but there was also woman walking around with a baby and a young girl hassling people...
The dining area for dinner was excellent—clean, not crowded, and staff quickly cleared tables as guests left. The food, as always, was delicious. I went with the "pick 2" option, choosing half a tuna sandwich and a Fuji apple chicken salad, plus a drink. My husband also chose the "pick 2," selecting a half chicken avocado melt sandwich and cream of chicken with wild rice, along with water. We added a cookie for just $1.05 instead of the usual $2.95, which was a nice bonus with our meal and drinks. Both the salad and soup came with generous bread servings, so I packed my sandwich to go. Panera Bread is a great spot with ample parking just around the corner. It tends to get a bit busy during lunchtime. Although the bathrooms are somewhat outdated, they are consistently clean. The food is consistently excellent. Aside from the lunch rush and those who stay for hours using the Wi-Fi, there are usually plenty of indoor seats available. There is also limited outdoor seating if you prefer that. The staff is always friendly and attentive.
A great Panera. Sufficient parking is around the corner. It does get a bit busy around the lunchtime rush. The bathrooms, while a bit dated, have always been clean enough. The food has always been great. Apart from the lunchtime rush, and people hangingout for hours using the wifi, normally there is plenty of indoor seating. There is some limited outdoor seating if that is yourthing. The staff have always been friendly and responsive.

I am not sure what happened but they are not as good as used to be. Souffles are never available and workers do not even say hello. Customer service here is highly lacking. I have stood waiting to order and no one has even paid me any attention. Thefood is your normal panera food and I have only recieved one wrong order. I am posting a picture of the lobster roll which wasokay but lacked flavor.
This morning, I stopped by Panera Bread and enjoyed a fresh, delicious breakfast! Even though I was originally meant to pick up my order at 7 o’clock, I didn’t arrive until 9:30 due to unexpected delays. They still prepared a fresh sandwich and smoothie for me. The man who delivered my order was very warm and friendly. Amazing service! Thank you for going above and beyond—I’ll definitely return.
This location has lost its luster. The dining room was completely flirty at 3PM in the afternoon. I literally had to use a napkin to remove the food items from the seat and table that are shown in the pictures. I asked for the Dinh f room to beserviced and someone strolled through and wiped down a few tables but didn?t service the floor ????????????
I ordered the pizza because it tasted great from the one in Philly. OMG! I had to throw it out. The cheese doesn't melt, hardly any sauce. Other things are good. I'm also upset their online menu doesn't match the indoor menu. Only one register and longlines add to the frustration. Do better, we can eat better. Love them though.
