I gave this restaurant 2 stars solely for the brand, which I find delicious! However, my husband has expressed concerns to both the management and their corporate office about the ongoing issues at this location, but unfortunately, little has changed. They frequently forget items, provide the wrong ones, and then ask you to wait to the side for your order to keep their drive-thru wait times down. We often have to go inside to ensure our order is correct, which defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru. If you want to take a gamble with your meal, this is the place for you! But I've had enough. They really need new management.
I visit Panera quite often, but my latest experience was disappointing. I ordered three breakfast sandwiches and a pecan braid through the drive-thru, but the staff taking my order struggled to get it right. I asked for a manager, who was able to fix one of the breakfast sandwiches, but when I got home, my order was still wrong. One sandwich was missing sausage, and the pecan braid was completely missing. I'm unhappy with this experience and might rethink how often I visit Panera moving forward.
Came through the drive through late at night and they were all out of my usual, and instead of just say sorry and sending me on my way, the girl taking my order politely asked if she could help me find something else to eat. I explained that I have allergies so it’s hard for me to pick something but she was so kind and helpful and I ended up trying something new, the Mediterranean bowl, and now that’s my go to. So grateful for such a positive sweet person who took my order.
I've experienced frequent problems with my orders being incorrect. I really want my stepkids to like and accept me, but every time I pick up dinner, it feels like I always receive the wrong items. My family tends to give me the silent treatment, making me feel like I'm the one to blame for the mix-ups. I can't bear the thought of going through another divorce, so I'm really hoping you'll get my order right!

I ordered my first food delivery from Panera, and it arrived quickly. Both my coffee and soup were too hot to enjoy right away, but the delivery driver, Jennifer, was very friendly. I couldn't be more pleased to have warm, delicious meals delivered to me on a chilly, rainy day.
I ordered a full Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, but when I got home, I only received half a sandwich, which was mostly just bread. I was charged for a full sandwich, though. Additionally, the apple I requested as a side was also missing. It was a waste of money.
I really enjoy dining at Panera Bread. I feel confident about the quality of the food they serve. Panera Bread makes it simple to choose healthy, low-calorie options. I just wish the prices were a little more budget-friendly so I could visit more frequently.
The breakfast was outstanding! At first, I realized that my sandwich was meant to come with tomatoes, but the cook prepared it without them. She kindly offered me a café latte in return.
