I spent almost $30 to get a nice meal today before a 12-hr day of class work and later discovered my whole Fuji Apple Salad had no apple chips and no cheese whatsoever. This is the best dining option available at Busch Campus Center. Although it leans towards the expensive side, it’s almost worth it. The ingredients are fresh, tasty, and healthy. The service is outstanding, too. The manager is a genuinely kind person who takes his job seriously, which is quite rare in the fast food industry. There are kiosks available, making it easy for those of us who like to customize our meals. Don't miss out on their salads!
It seems like there's a new manager at this Panera, and I’m really impressed now. The customer service has greatly improved—when I accidentally left my mango smoothie behind, the staff promptly offered me a new one and reassured me not to worry about it. They even gave me a free cookie since they were bananas for the day I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie.
The food is of high quality, but I’ve noticed that about every 8 or 9 visits, something is missing from my order, usually a dessert. Thankfully, the staff is very helpful and resolves the issue quickly whenever it happens.
I had an incredible dining experience. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff was outstanding. I want to especially mention a lady named Erin, who played a significant role in making my visit unforgettable.
