I'm a bit disappointed with my order tonight. I placed an online order and after waiting about 15 to 20 minutes, I went inside to check. They told me my order was delayed, but there were hardly any customers inside, so I’m not sure why. The food was terrible—just soup and salad. They messed up my sister’s salad, missing more than half the ingredients. My French onion soup was so thick and chunky, it seemed like beef gravy had been added. What really frustrates me is that my meal ended up costing $50, and I had to fix my own salad and soup. The service at this restaurant is rather slow. The staff often seems more interested in chatting and gossiping than in taking care of customers. I waited 30 minutes for yogurt that should have been prepared quickly. Moreover, I saw a guy who ordered his meal right when I arrived to pick up my mobile order leave before I did. I would suggest steering clear of this location.
I ordered a Napa chicken sandwich to go and when I went to eat it, there was a lipstick stain on the top bun. It looked like someone had wiped their mouth with their glove before making the sandwich. Very disgusting. I called to request a refund, and although they were very apologetic, they couldn’t issue one, so now I’m receiving coupons instead.

Incredible management in Mariam. She was kind sweet and understanding. While I could rarely have an issue, when I do, Mariam has handled it so well. For these reasons, I order from this location at least 3 times a week. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food at Panera is always reliable, but recently, I've experienced longer wait times than the typical 10 to 15 minutes. Additionally, my order has often been missing from the pickup rack. Because of these issues, I can't rate it five stars.
I had a terrible experience at this Panera Bread. The staff were very slow, and the food did not meet my expectations. I ordered extra cheese, but what I got didn’t seem like cheese at all. I won't be coming back to this location.
This is an excellent place for Broccoli and Cheddar soup! While it's smaller than some other locations, such as the one on Edison Rt1, it remains a dependable option. The tables are well-maintained, and the service is attentive.

The strawberry poppy salad is fantastic—definitely try it. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is well-kept. There are plenty of options on the menu to choose from.
