I've been a regular at this location for at least 8 years if not longer and love Panera as a healthy fast food option so have been to many locations. However I love this particular location because of the ample seating, clean tables, the consistently amazing customer service, and on-site management overall. My main reason for going as often as I do is to work there but I'm always tempted by the food and surprisingly not sick of it after all these years. Look at the most recent reviews... look closely there should be a TRENDS section and there you would have it. First, after waiting a LONG time, I got my coffee order of 3 coffees, I realized that they shorted me 2 mediums for 2 larges and made them all the same size. Upon bringing this to their attention, they remade the coffees (or did they) after 10min I got the coffee order with some attitude as well as my mean order (which I did not check). When I got home 15min later... I found out that the coffee was absolutely bland and tasteless, hardly what you expect from a Cinnamon Caramel Crunch (with Whipped Cream) and a Vanilla Late (all decaffeinated). I, unfortunately, let a group of women in before me (I held the door for them) and I guess they were regulars because the server addressed them enthusiastically and then stood there chatting with them. I got a bit frustrated as this went on, since I was trying to pick up lunch quickly and head back to work, so I went to the kiosk instead. The kiosk wouldn't work so I got back in line and they were still talking. The line started to back up behind me. Finally, a man came over to open a new register and took my order. Panera hardly seems like fast food. Whether it is one of their signature chicken sandwiches, or my favorite the grill cheese combo, it always feels like a healthy alternative to traditional fast food. Bakery items always seem fresh regardless of if it is pastry or bagel in the morning. Smoothies and their flavored iced teas are refreshingly good.

This is one of my favorite places to stop when I visit New Jersey. The food is typical of Panera, featuring delicious sandwiches. The staff are incredibly friendly. The only downside is the restrooms, which aren't always very clean.
Nicest Panera of North Jersey. Service is always friendly and spectacular, even like 7am in the morning. Orders are accurate and deliciously prepared. Can't compliment enough to everyone who works here. Amazing job
environment and area is mostly racist and biased manager and customers at this location. Avoid if you are not considered rich looking or if you are dark skinned, you will be treated like a criminal.
They ALWAYS run out of dark roast coffee. Have a pot ready in the back for morning customers so we don't have to wait. I can understand if it was at 4:00 pm, but not at 9:30 am.

The servers are generally kind, but I acted very friendly to the receptionist and she gave me the biggest piece of the brownies when I asked
Great sandwich as always but I was grossed out by the old avocado they put on it. $9 for HALF a sandwich and I get this. (see photo)
