I always get the Asian sesame salad and make some special tweaks to it. They get it right every single time, and it tastes amazing. You can tell the kitchen knows what they're doing. My family likes Panera Bread because the standard is kept no matter where they are located. First time at this Panera on Harlem Irving Park mall. The food was as expected. The service was friendly and fast, BUT the Atmosphere was deplorable. I used the man's restroom and it was dirty, it looked like it had not been cleaned all day. The carped and the tables were dirty. Papers and food drops everywhere. I have to say, I have never been at a Panera Bread like this so I won't hold it again the corporation, but against this particular establishment. I don't think I'll be back from the notion that if your restrooms and your eating areas are less than desirable then is your kitchen clean?
Thank you, Panera, for providing such a cozy and affordable place to eat and work or just unwind. The salad was fresh, and the tomato soup was delicious! The restaurant is spacious, clean, and offers plenty of seating for larger groups. I also love their juices when I'm in the mood for something sweet and tasty.
My only suggestion is to adjust the air conditioning—it's unnecessary when it's 50 degrees outside. It would be great to have a warmer atmosphere inside because many customers seek out a cozy environment rather than a chilly one. Thank you!
I had a delightful lunch at this restaurant. The food was truly exceptional, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The service, on the other hand, was outstanding and deserves a perfect 5. The atmosphere of the place was also quite pleasant, rated at 4.
If you're looking for recommendations, I highly suggest trying the French baguette and the creamy tomato soup; both were delicious! Overall, I spent around $20–30 per person, and it was well worth it.

We had a fantastic overall experience. We ordered food to go, and there was a mix-up with our order. However, Liz, the manager, was incredibly attentive and resolved the issue promptly. Everyone we interacted with, from the person who took our order (even though she misunderstood it), to the food preparers, and of course Liz, were all very kind and helpful. Thank you once again, Liz. We'll definitely be returning!
The food and baked goods are excellent, but on the pricey side. The Bear Claw and bagels are absolutely amazing. As for the coffee, it was just okay. I ordered takeout for breakfast, and the cost per person was around $10 to $20. Overall, I rated the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.
