The minute you walk into this Panera, you notice it's really clean and has a welcoming vibe. That sets the tone for a good meal. I always get the Asian sesame salad and make some special tweaks to it. They get it right every single time, and it tastes amazing. You can tell the kitchen knows what they're doing. The bakery section is a must-see. Everything looks good and tastes even better. It's hard to leave without grabbing a cookie or a muffin. The staff is awesome, too. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and offers plenty of seating for larger groups. I also love their juices when I'm in the mood for something sweet and tasty. My only suggestion is to adjust the air conditioning—it's unnecessary when it's 50 degrees outside. It would be great to have a warmer atmosphere inside because many customers seek out a cozy environment rather than a chilly one. Thank you!
The food was quite enjoyable, particularly the chicken and wild rice, which I absolutely loved! I also appreciated the attentive manager who was present during my visit; she genuinely seemed to enjoy her job, which is a nice change these days. This positive atmosphere added to my lunch experience. Overall, the restaurant had a good crowd, and the delivery orders were being handled efficiently.
Liz, General Manager, is great! My order did not go through (my fault) and she still took care, solved the problem to ensure that I was satisfied with her location service. She gave me an order. Is there an increase or something in the work for them? I would put some payroll to the side to give her more than she needed to continue to show the work and keep customers to servers.
This restaurant is clean and spacious, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is friendly, and it has a great location for dining as well as studying on your computer. I particularly enjoy Panera's breakfast items; their egg and cheese sandwich on a sesame bagel paired with fresh coffee is one of my favorites.
The food and baked goods are excellent, but on the pricey side. The Bear Claw and bagels are absolutely amazing. As for the coffee, it was just okay. I ordered takeout for breakfast, and the cost per person was around $10 to $20. Overall, I rated the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.
