The food was delicious and well-prepared, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was attentive and friendly, also receiving a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, matching the overall vibe of the meal. With prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person, it’s a good value for a satisfying lunch.
The cheddar broccoli soup was lacking in flavor and served lukewarm at best. The bread, which was supposed to be a side, was as hard as a rock and there wasn't even a knife provided to try and cut it. The steak sandwich had very little meat for nearly $8 for just half a sandwich. I won't be ordering again; I would have preferred a Subway hoagie. It would have cost me $20 less and I would have actually been full.
I usually don't give such low ratings, but I had trouble getting assistance with a problem I encountered. They forgot to include an item I had paid for. I tried calling on November 19th, but I was unable to reach anyone for a whole hour at 8 PM, despite a manager supposedly being on duty. Given the high prices of their food, I expected a significantly better level of service. This was quite disappointing.
Today, the restaurant was significantly short-staffed and had difficulty keeping up with the demands. It might have been a good idea for them to post a notice on the door and take a moment to catch up on essentials like supplies, food preparation, and cleaning. I hope they can hire enough staff soon to accurately reflect the Panera brand. Réservez une table maintenant
I ordered takeout coffee and scones. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were dirty, and the coffee was terrible—so bad that I ended up tossing it. The scone was decent, but I don't intend to return.
