I've eaten at Panera many times, but this was my first visit to this location and I was very disappointed. I ordered the Steak and Cheese sandwich. The steak was piled only in the center, with a lot hanging off to one side. One end had a large glob of horseradish sauce, while the other end was all cheese with pickled onions. Unless I rearranged the sandwich myself, the first bites were mostly horseradish and the last bites just cheese and pickled onions. It was clear the person making the sandwich didn’t put much care into it and just slapped the ingredients onto the bread. I’ll keep visiting Panera, but I won’t return to this location.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on July 18th. The cashier seemed confused and kept making mistakes with my order. After waiting 25 minutes for my salad, it still wasn’t made correctly. I had paid for extra chicken, but it was missing. In total, I spent 36 minutes there, and my sandwich was messy and unappetizing. I ended up wasting my break and had no time to enjoy my meal. I had to work a 12-hour shift at the hospital without any food. I would recommend going to the location in West Orange instead.
Unfortunately, this Panera Bread is just 8 minutes from my home, which is both good and bad. I’ve been coming here for years and really like the vibe—it reminds me of an old-school diner, not because of the decor, but because of the atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly. Pro tip: bring a sweater because it’s always freezing inside!
I really enjoy this location. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to get in and out. I also appreciate how clean the facility is and the friendly staff. I'm a big fan of their chicken sandwich—I always order it with extra mayo. Additionally, their frozen cappuccino topped with extra whipped cream is absolutely delicious!

This was my first visit to Panera, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The BBQ chicken salad was incredibly delicious and fresh. David, a team member, was quick and helpful, offering great suggestions when I asked what to try. Our group of five all loved our meals, and we left with clean plates!
This restaurant is clean and efficient. My favorite salad was delicious, and the wait time was around 5 to 6 minutes. There’s a kiosk available for ordering, but no drive-thru. The restrooms are a bit small, but the staff is friendly. I definitely recommend this place!
Fresh delicious soups salads sandwiches made to order. Staff is friendly and helpful Free wifi and they encourage it's use for meeting others or for solo work. Plenty of electrical outlets for your chargers and quiet areas to work.
Panera is always a great place to relax and spend time with a friend. The food is delicious, and the squash soup is definitely one of my favorites! I do wish, though, that they would use a little less salt in their dishes.
