Horrible!! Today I went to Panera and I normally get an cup of tomato soup and half broccoli cheddar in the same bowl but today they told me they don’t do that and I have been coming to this location for awhile now !! Not only did they not do but they charged me for both soup when I only wanted half and I normally go in and eat but I definitely won’t be back and I also have an coupon that set to expire today and normally they would put it on the order !! And I also didn’t know they charge for a whole sandwich even if you do the pick two
I find it quite disappointing that every time I've visited the drive-thru, the staff has been curt and unwelcoming. The overall morale here could definitely use a significant improvement. The combination of high prices and unfriendly service has dampened my enthusiasm for this restaurant.

Signed up for the sip club with the promise of 10% offer and free drinks. Employee refused to give us the 10% off. Other than that, the food was excellent! The manager, Andrew, was very kind.
