The service was absolutely terrible! It was chaotic and disorganized; no one seemed to know where to stand, and there were patrons all around waiting for their food. The woman who took our order was quite rude to us and even to the customer before us. She yelled across the restaurant that the previous lady owed her 4 cents, despite the fact that she had already paid her bill with a credit card. I ordered a hot chocolate, and it was awful! I couldn't drink it and ended up tossing it away; I even got sick on the way home. I suspect the milk was sour or something was definitely off. Overpriced and overrated. I bought a 'Signature Take ' chicken sandwich. The chicken was rather dry and it was barely what one would consider warm, like they put it in the microwave. The coffee is usually piping hot but this time it was bordering on lukewarm. Will try to avoid this place in future and just go to the hospital cafeteria. This Panera Bread location is situated within the Westchester Medical Center, but it doesn’t feel like a hospital. The food is delicious, and the self-ordering menu is user-friendly and straightforward. The restaurant is very clean and well-organized. The wait times are brief, and there are ample tables and chairs conveniently located near the lobby and outdoors.
