I ordered curbside pickup from Panera Bread using their app, which informed me that our food was ready and would be out shortly. However, after waiting for about 10 minutes with no update, we went inside to check. When we asked an employee, they quickly looked around but couldn’t locate our order and told us to ask someone else since their shift had ended. Eventually, another staff member found the order in the back. Fortunately, I checked the bag and noticed there were no utensils included—essential when ordering soup from Panera Bread’s menu, especially for curbside pickup.
I used to enjoy having lunch at Panera, but now I find the prices have doubled. It's likely due to inflation and the high rent of the location. I am not willing to pay almost $20 for a cup of Mac and cheese and other items in the budget Pick Two deal anymore. The chocolate croissant was a bit dense, possibly needing more time to rise. The spinach and artichoke souffle is the same size as the croissant but costs twice as much, and it's not a lunch-sized portion.
Food is just like you know it from Panera. Good and delicious. However, service is sometimes a bit off. Nothing major but could use improvement. Parking can be an issue at times but you should be able to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and also dedicated parking spots.
We really enjoy getting salads from this place, and our favorite is the Fuji Apple Salad. I usually take it home and transfer it to a larger bowl for mixing, and it easily serves two. The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is that sometimes an ingredient is missing, and I don't receive any notification about it.

This is my first Google review. YOUR Chicken Sandwich is the WORST one I have had in recent 20 years. The chicken and the bacon is super DRY. Is your store using the meat made in a long time ago? And the Sandwich also has NO GREENS! I spent 16 to get a garbage .
Lemonade was actually quite good and was just caffeinated enough for me. The sandwich however was the driest, most flavorless thing I've tasted in a long time. Just an absolute slog to chew through, it felt and tasted like cardboard. Do not recommend.
Meh, service was crabby, we got a bunch of bagels and cream cheese for the office. Decent enough but a bit rough and chewy. Latte was good though. Service was fast.
The food was excellent. We ordered two sandwiches and two soups to go, but the baguettes and chips were missing, which was disappointing.
