I’m completely and utterly disappointed with my experience. I was completely starving and so I decided I’d order *just* JUST a Mac and Cheese from Panera. They told me that my order would take 40 minutes to arrive, despite the fact that it was a singular item from a restaurant less than 5 minutes away from my location. I was so famished that I decided I’d wait through it to get my Mac and Cheese, but was already slightly disappointed. 50 minutes later and I’m wondering where my order was??? I show up at the exact same time my order supposed to be ready. It comes out just on time. I’m happy about that, until I get in the car to check my order and half of a sandwich is missing. I Instantly got annoyed because my order was not that large. To Have to go back inside and wait over 10 minutes for HALF of a grilled cheese sandwich is absurd. Granted, it wasn’t the error of the employee at the register, but there was “no sorry about that”, or anything of the sort. It also wasn’t a busy time when I ordered
I go to a deli every day and order a bacon egg cheese and a coffee for 7 dollars, recently my deli uped the price to 8 so I went to try panera. I ordered the same thing for 11.89 and it was terrible! fake bacon, greasy bun and I made my own coffee that was not great. Would not go back for breakfast! Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
