Yesterday, I ordered a latte at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the first cup I received was heavily diluted with milk, lacking foam on top, and lukewarm. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the cashier agreed to make me another cup. The second cup was an improvement, although the ratio of espresso to milk still wasn't quite right. The temperature was better and there was some foam on top. When I received the second cup, the cashier handed it to me with an attitude and labeled it as "extra hot," even though I had only requested the right temperature. Wish I could give zero stars but 1 is the least so here goes... this is what happened to my sister today at Rockville Center Panera. Corporate needs to get involved this is unacceptable! Food is great, drinks are great but customer service is lackingat this location. My rapid pick up orders are never at the designated rapid pick up area and I always have to wait on the lineto get my order. When I finally questioned it, I was told You weren 't waiting that long. Always a fan of Panera. That's special. Always friendly, clean and efficient. I love the new express order system with the iPads. It's super comfortable. This location is also good. In the middle of the Biz district of Rockville Centre. Don't park a professional. And you are in the middle of some really great shops and services.

I like Panera Bred, and if I'm on the way and want to eat, I always stop by. ??I liked this place, everything was prepared very quickly and how I love hot hot soup and salad. The employees are friendly and the place was clean. Parking is located behindthe building, there are many places.

The coffee, soups, and breads at this restaurant are always delicious. We tried the breakfast menu and the egg bacon sandwiches were excellent. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant needs improvement as the table tops were dirty and there were crumbs on the floor at 10am.

The cashiers are fantastic! The food quality is excellent. You can see that everyone in the kitchen is working hard to provide fast and high-quality service. A woman also regularly checks the seating area to ensure it is clean and tidy.

The cashier offered more suggestions than those that were apparent. I took one of them. The kitchen is always fast and efficient. They pay attention to special requests. Plenty of parking in the rear if none out front.

Overall: Wayyyy too much money for the quantity of food in the package. My Ceasar half salad was actually like a quarter salad once you remove all the croutons piled on top. Not worth the price.

I told my sister in Cali nobody makes this citrus salad better than Sacramento! Freshest fruit, salad and chicken! Orange Scones are heavenly!
