THE BEST PANERA! Everything is always fresh and the service is excellent! I had to wait a bit, but the manager noticed my wait was longer than normal. Although I didn’t mind, he apologized and offered me anything I wanted as a gesture for the inconvenience. I declined, but he insisted. I really felt valued! This is absolutely the best Panera I've ever been to!
Terrible experience! They mixed up my order, and when I got home, I realized everything was incorrect. I returned to the restaurant to get my original order, and when I finally sat down to eat, I found a long black hair in my sandwich. It was gross and extremely unprofessional. I believe I deserve a refund for my meal.
I ordered soup and a sandwich and sat at one of their tables. As I was gathering my trash to leave, I noticed two cockroaches scurry across the floor from another booth towards me. It seems they don't clean the tables after customers finish eating, so the leftover debris just sits there, which clearly attracts roaches.
The staff is always friendly, and the manager, Rob, is fantastic—he's incredibly helpful and does an excellent job leading the team. He doesn't just delegate tasks; he gets involved and works alongside everyone. I really appreciate that they hire individuals with disabilities; it truly warms my heart. Réservez une table maintenant
