I've been a regular at this Panera Bread location, but recently the quality has been declining. I've had missing sides in my orders, salads with slimy lettuce, and a fruit cup so bad it went straight to the trash. I tried to email customer care with photos to show exactly what I mean, but their email system doesn’t allow picture uploads to the manager. Hopefully, this review will get their attention.
Today, I visited the Panera in Garden City and witnessed a young girl accidentally spill something. An employee, whose name I believe is Perry, quickly responded and managed the situation expertly. She was both friendly and efficient. The store is fortunate to have someone like her on their team and should ensure she is rewarded appropriately.
Panera serves wonderfully delicious and flavorful food. There was a mistake with one of my orders, but it was promptly resolved, resulting in a great overall experience. Many thanks to Charles, Crystal, and the other delivery drivers who handled my order.
The restaurant has a pleasant and clean ambiance, making it quite a serene spot. I ordered a raisin bagel with cream cheese, which has always been one of my favorites. Additionally, they provide complimentary coffee refills. Réservez une table maintenant
I had an amazing vegetarian sandwich at Panera Bread that truly exceeded my expectations. The wait time to pick up my order was fairly quick. I highly recommend it! Great job, Panera Bread!
Sandwich and Salad: The sandwich was tasty, but the salad was disappointing. There was no green lettuce, and everything tasted bland.
My order arrived unsealed, which it shouldn’t have been. A disappointing waste of $35.
