The place is often filled with high school students, which is fine, but if you’ve paid for a meal, finding a seat to eat is nearly impossible. The food was delicious, except for the hair I found in the kitchen sink cookie I ordered. I get that cookies have a variety of ingredients, but hair shouldn’t be one of them. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant tonight. I hired a babysitter hoping to enjoy a peaceful dinner while getting some work done without my kids around. However, I was met with a very loud and disrespectful atmosphere. The staff were shouting at each other and singing inappropriate songs, which was not what I expected at Panera. It took quite some time for anyone to take my order.
To make matters worse, the place was untidy. Will not come back to this one! Went in the cashier didn't make eye contact and the customer in front of me acting like she was the only customer, the cashier could have said I'll be right with you but didn't and then when I finally got to ask if they had what I wanted he said no.
This Panera Bread provides consistently good food and quick, professional service. It's a lunch spot for the high school crowd, so eating inside for lunch can be loud, and finding a clean table is often a challenge.
