I recently ordered from this restaurant for the first time in a month, and it was quite disappointing. My order was missing the bread, and my bacon turkey bravo sandwich didn’t have any bacon. What am I paying $25 for? A small portion of soup that looks like it came from a shelter and some low-quality chips? It feels like a complete rip-off. Instead of just handing me a bag, they should be honest about what items are unavailable. This experience was unacceptable.
This is your typical Panera Bread location, accessible from inside the mall. I'm not a fan of the layout, as it feels long and narrow. I prefer sitting in the front or outside where there's more space. I do think the food here is better than at most other Panera locations in the area. Unfortunately, like many Paneras these days, they only have one person at the counter, which can result in long wait times to place an order.
The food was delightful! Although nothing was particularly exceptional, there was truly nothing to fault. We ordered the family meal to share among several of us, which provided excellent value. I really wish I had sampled one of their cookies, as I've heard they're incredible. The soup, salad, and sandwich were all fantastic!
I understand they get very busy, but mistakes happen frequently. They often forget utensils or side items. I once ordered three salads, and when I got home, none of them had any dressing. Another time, my chicken salad had no chicken. Make sure to double-check everything before you leave. Réservez une table maintenant
The food was outstanding and beautifully presented. Our order arrived promptly, but the tables weren't cleaned between guests. I had to look at several tables before finding one that was relatively clean. They should focus more on this aspect; otherwise, everything else was wonderful.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I discovered a bug in my soup despite the cold weather, so cleanliness is definitely a concern here. Their hygiene practices are appalling. I'll be reporting this to corporate.
The coffee at this restaurant is consistently poor, resembling the taste of dirty water. I've ordered it here three times now, and I've had the same disappointing experience with the same drink at another location.
Panera Bread can be hit or miss at times. Some sandwiches aren't always well assembled, and the bread can come out cold. However, I really enjoy most of the items on their menu, especially the salads. Réservez une table maintenant
I spent $30 but received the wrong portion sizes. The receipt was correct, so I don't understand why the order was mishandled. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again.
