The food options here can be a bit inconsistent. Sometimes they have brioche bread for sandwiches, and other times they don’t. On one occasion, I requested a touch of aioli on my sandwich, but they were only able to offer plain or white sauce that day. Additionally, I noticed that diced bacon was used on my sandwich instead of regular bacon, which turned out to be great—I was just curious about the switch. On the positive side, the staff is always friendly, and the place is exceptionally clean. I’ll definitely keep coming back and hope that the food availability improves in the future.
It's been a while since I last visited this Panera Bread, where I went with my daughter. The prices remain quite high. The food quality is good, but you definitely pay a premium for it. Don’t expect to leave overly full for what you spend either. I’ve never seen napkins so thin and small in my life. The tables were not cleaned, so I ended up wiping ours down myself. Life is full of choices, and this was ours for today—but maybe not for tomorrow. Another letdown was that it didn’t seem like they recognized Veterans Day; either I missed it or they didn’t honor veterans at all.
While I was waiting for them to call DoorDash, we got disconnected. I tried calling back, and the staff member informed me that they had reached out to DoorDash and assured me that they would resend my order. The new delivery was estimated to arrive after 4:00 PM. When I asked about my original order, he admitted he hadn’t thought to check on it.
At 4:00 PM, I finally received my food, but it was only half of what I ordered – everything was only half-full! Clearly, they really got the last laugh!
I typically enjoy Panera, but since it's a bit pricey, it's not my go-to restaurant. However, I decided to stop by today. Unfortunately, about 25% of the salad I received had brown ends. I also didn't get the apple that was supposed to come with my meal. I didn't have time to go back and address the issues.

I used the drive-thru, and I have to say that the parking lot is poorly designed; I almost get hit every time I go through. The food is good, and the staff is always friendly, but it would really help if there were better signage or if they rearranged the drive-thru.
I often go to this restaurant for breakfast. The service is incredibly quick, even when it's busy. The quality of the food is always reliable, and the restaurant is kept very clean, including the restrooms. I'll definitely keep coming back!
I had the chance to try the new Asiago bagel sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese, and I highly recommend it! Additionally, the cinnamon rolls are big, generously topped with icing, and simply delicious.
I truly appreciate how Panera incorporates fresh, healthy ingredients into their dishes while still ensuring they taste fantastic! Additionally, the customer service is consistently outstanding.

It was okay, the flatbread pizza was disappointing, the sauce had a funny taste. The brownie was awesome, it only cost 99 cents if you bought a lunch entree.
I enjoyed the Mediterranean grain bowl with chicken, and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be ordering it again soon.
