NOT ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN ON MY CHICKEN SANDWICH not one trace. It was just some lettuce on bread. So I went back all the way from home and kindly asked what we can do about it so I can get some chicken on my sandwich. The lady at the time at the cash register was embarrassed that the food came out like that and she told me she would gladly get me a new one after she checked with the manager. Panera bread is a good restaurant. They have a good amount of choices and healthy choices. The kids menu is awesome for young kids. Most of these restaurants have indoor and outdoor seating. This particular Panera has a party room which has an awesome door like a bank volt. Supper cool.
Used to be a favorite spot, quick to order online but of late orders are wrong and the 8 minute pickup time is really 35 minutes but they do not tell you until you are there and stuck waiting for an additional twenty five minutes which defeats the purpose.
Great stuff.. not very expensive.. coffee was nicely done with crisps fresh bread chicks sandwich.. selection of the menu is also nice and had hot and cold sandwiches with option of muffins and cookies.. have table service with friendly staff..

Waited 20 minutes. Forgot my milk and siracha on my sandwich and alvacado on another. No price reduction an no free treat all employees were new ridiculous. And I am not coming back. Food was bland. And dry.
Great service. Wait in line short. Food prepared quickly and delivered to table. Cleared table when finished yet still visiting with friends. No harassment to leave.
Asked for light mayonnaise and I think they doubled it. All the sandwich ingredients were clumped together in the middle of the bread.
This is a fantastic restaurant! I really wish there was one located in the Rossmoor shopping center.

There is good soups and sandwiches. Sometimes very busy. Long line to order.
Love this place. Easy parking. Great customer service.
