First we’ll start off with them not having my pickup order on the shelf (Second time this happened btw and I had to wait in line to inform a cashier of this while I got things to do (reason why I chose “pickup” . Then when I go to eat, I notice they got my order wrong. When I pay this much for food, I expect better service. I’ve only been to this location three times.
Ordered delivery directly from the website. I ordered the Green Goddess Caprese melt. This is what they gave me. I usually dont leave bad reviews but I just don't understand how you assemble this as a sandwich, look at it and think yep this is what they wanted then wrap it up and sell it for $12.79.
