Panera has become significantly more expensive. I tried to use a bonus gift card I received when I bought several for the holidays, but I wasn't informed that it expired in January, and I overlooked the fine print at the bottom of the card. A popular pizza restaurant that I also bought gift cards from made it clear that their bonus cards expired at the end of January. Unfortunately, Panera offered no options to address the situation. I prefer not to support companies that are dishonest or lack transparency.
I love coming to this Panera. The food tastes great and has that family freshly prepared meal feel. The staff is always friendly. I love the smiles on their face every time I come there you eat. Makes you feel like family. Highly recommended. My favorites are Turkey chili, Chicken and wild rice soup, Chipotle Chicken avocado melt, Cinnamon Crunch Bagel
Awesome very nice people very friendly makes me happy Theres a guy who asked me like twice if I really want Turbinado sugar with my iced coffee though and trust I appreciate the concern King but I do I really do. I need that solid sugar bits in my mouth to crunch on I dont care if it dont dissolve That is exactly what I want Thank you so much
Service is slow and environment is lacking cleanliness. Noticed this at most Panera's. Unfortunately, probably a product of cost cutting even though the food is more expensive than ever. The value for me is rarely here anymore based on the product their putting out.

The food is tasty, but the portions are small and the prices are high. They used to serve lemon wedges, but no longer do.
This is the best Panera in the country! The service and staff are absolutely amazing. Great job!
