We ordered Panera through UberEats. My mom's Asian salad came with a dressing that was only filled to a quarter of the container, making the salad basically dry and flavorless. My dad's cheesesteak was small and had a strange taste that we couldn't quite identify. As for my pepperoni flatbread, it was nearly inedible. From the beginning I thought the employees acted like they didn’t want to be there! Just not friendly!I asked for my everything bagel to be cut in half but when I received it they cut it less than an 1/8 of an inch from the bottom and not all the way through. When I asked if they could recut it they just threw it in with the other bagels and cut another one! A lady standing beside me said I can’t believe they are going to resell it after you had it and tried to recut it yourself!Also they were out of 2 different flavors of coffee and what they had was lukewarm!Just not what I’m used to at a Panera Bread!
Very disappointing customer experience! The store had only two other customers. Laurie took my order and I made it very clear that I wanted my sandwich on toast with the toast being made before the sandwich was assembled. I also requested a pickle wedge. She assured me that she had captured my request. When I opened the bag at home, the chicken salad had been toasted in the sandwich. Who cooks a cold sandwich? There was no pickle wedge. Plenty of staff no customers and no stress. Unacceptable execution! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $10–20
The food was just okay. The onion soup was supposed to come in a bread bowl topped with cheese, but it was poorly assembled and required some effort to prepare once I got home. The bread wasn’t cut properly for the soup, and I was left feeling unimpressed. I expected better from this restaurant, and I probably won’t return.

The steak and white cheddar sandwich was absolutely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised by the pickled onions—now I can't get enough of them. The Baja chicken bowl also looked incredibly appetizing. Naturally, I couldn't resist trying a cranberry orange muffin, which was heavenly. Those brownies were also very tempting!
The menu at Panera Bread offers incredibly fresh food that tastes amazing. I could enjoy it every day! We will definitely keep coming back. The employees are always wonderful. I've visited several locations, and they all provide the same excellent experience. Truly wonderful!
Came on 12/15 for coffees at 830am. Every single pot was empty and they had nothing brewed and ready to go. Had to wait 15 minutes for a dang coffee that was horrible because the kid must have filled it as it was brewing (and much stronger). Waste of time and money.
Wow, this was the worst "pick 2" meal I've ever had. I was really hoping for something much better. The soup was at room temperature, and the grilled cheese was just two pieces of untoasted bread with a lump of cheese that had been microwaved. It was terrible!
