I ordered for curbside pick up since I didn’t have a mask in the car I was driving. I waited outside for OVER half an hour and nobody ever came out with my order. I tried calling them several times and they did not answer their phone. So without a mask, I had to go inside to let them know I wanted to cancel and make sure I get a refund. I thought they’d be extremely busy inside since nobody ever came out for my order AND since they didn’t answer their phone. But there was nobody in there. Employees just standing around, yet they ignored my mobile/curbside order and ignored their phone. Manager didn’t seem to bothered by it. All he said was he didn’t even notice my order and “sorry about that...

I ordered for picking up by ship, as I had no mask in the car I had drove. I waited outside for half an hour and no one came out with my command. I tried to call them several times and they did not answer to their phone. So without a mask, I had to go in to let her know I wanted to cancel and make sure I got a refund. undoubtedly I am back at this place, I felt sick when I woke up all day, went to panera 20 minutes before closing. After waiting for someone to come to me, I apologized for the late order and told me that I felt sick all day and needed only a chicken soup. they said that they could take the suppers away and I can't get any suppe. I'm aware that it was almost time, but for someone who spends so much money every day in panera, they would have sold me the suppe, but I'm sure if I knew they would have made sure that I had what I needed. it's crazy how people only care about themselves, but are in customer service positions.

every time I go to this place, it's a problem. my online order is never punctual and the personal is always rude. I'm not only greeted by employees, but I'm going to watch the workers as they call names of commanding other people, but when mine is ready, they just put it on the rule. the personal will see me literally waiting and not even wondering if I need help. I had this prayer several times, and I usually consider myself to myself and say nothing. but a customer should not have to feel like it comes into a facility.
