I ordered and paid for a fruit cup at this restaurant. When I got back to the hotel, there was no fruit cup in my order. I called to let them know about the mistake and expressed my hope that it hadn't happened to anyone else. The staff at the counter were not busy at the time. They refunded me for the fruit cup calmly, but only after I had to read off my card information. There was no apology given, just an explanation that it was an oversight. I was disappointed with the lack of apology and customer service in this situation.
