It’s disappointing service if you want to even call it that. I walked in stood for 10 minutes to be told I had to put my order in myself. If I needed someone to take my order it would be at least 20 minutes. It had been quite awhile since I went into a store and it’s most likely the last time I’ll bother. While the food is good there are plenty of other places that still believe in customer service.
I really enjoy the diverse and fresh menu options at Panera Bread. Their salads, soups, and sandwiches are all delicious. My only wish is that there was a location closer to Smithfield, NC. Currently, we have to drive 25 minutes to the nearest Panera Bread in Garner. I think a Panera Bread would be a great addition to our town of Smithfield, NC, especially near the outlet malls off of I-95.
Very disappointed salad was totally NOT like the picture there was strange dark green pointed leaves in it. I asked for no gorgonzola and it was in there. Have gone to Panera for many many years but quality is terrible compared to several years ago. Not coming back this is not the 1st time salads have been wrong.

The temperature in the Cafe was arctic, the staff unfriendly, and knowing where to go for my soft drink (after ordering through the tablet) was a mystery.
I really enjoy the soup on chilly days. The pick 2 option is a great choice. Their newer chicken sandwich is excellent.
We frequent this restaurant for casual meals. They have a variety of choices on their menu and a friendly atmosphere.

The half sandwich and cup of soup ended up being pricier than anticipated, but they were both delicious.
