I received my meal from Panera recently and was disappointed to find that it was cold. Additionally, there was not enough dressing provided with my Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken, and my bag was not securely sealed. It had been opened on one side, and the sticker was not properly secured. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue when ordering from Panera, and it has made me reconsider ordering delivery food. A properly sealed bag is essential for me to feel confident in a stranger delivering my food.

I ordered bottled drinks but received fountain drinks instead. The chicken salad sandwich was dry and flavorless, which was disappointing because it's usually very good. I also didn't receive any dressing packets. The Frontera sandwich, however, was delicious!
