Placed a pick up order for a tuna sandwich, steak and cheese sandwich, broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl. The tuna had a very strong taste of mustard and if there was a teaspoon of tuna on it that was a lot, but there was a ton of lettuce and tomato on it. I guess that was to hide the fact that there was barely any tuna on it.! As for the other sandwich, there was literally one very thin slice of steak and very little cheese. The soup came in a container not a bread bowl as requested. For what I was charged I should have gotten two sandwiches that couldn’t be finished. Never go back again!
I didn't make panera bag options until I was looking for an ice cream. they gave me an empty cup. I then learned after I paid them for an ice cream to turn me into a hired and prepare my own coffee. So I have a short 5 minute class to go the coffee area, pour my coffee, ice cream, creamer etc., shake and drink. I'm afraid to order a sandwich now because I don't put my knife together with me. do I have to bring my own ham?
I got the wrong order delivered to me, and instead of taking care of the customer, they decided to make me repay for my order. The manager or whoever she was would not assist in anyway in fixing it. If I could give a place of business 0 stars I surely would. Whatever the manager or general managers name is at that store today, she really cares about some $12 credit rather than her customers.
