Every time I try to order one of the vegetarian options they put chicken in it. Multiple times I have ordered something that I specifically looked at the ingredients to to make sure there was no meat in it and when I actually get the sandwich or the warm bowl it always has some version of it that includes chicken for some reason. The receipt even has the chicken version on it instead of the normal default meatless version. I am so upset. And there’s always a ton of it too so I have to spend a long time trying to pick out food to just throw in the trash.
I had this door dashed, not as pick up. Panera's order an pick was notorious for leaving several things I sent my significant other to get. We started door dashing it and they always got our order right finally. They forget the labels sometimes for our bi-weekly events...which can be annoying. But for the most part, what I've learned, if you order through door dash or a delivery service they actually get the order right.
For how busy this location gets, the staff definitely keep up ans know what they are doing. Servcie was quick and our food was done fairly quickly as well. My turkey avocado blt was delicious, the soft bread.. mmm! Hubby really enjoyed hisGreen goddess cobb salad. It was a nice refreshing lunch. There are plenty of tables to sit at and it clean.
I just had the worst bacon turkey bravo sandwich I've ever had at this location, and I've had some bad sandwiches there. There were more greens than the rest of the sandwich combined and I couldn't taste the bravo dressing, nor could you notice it on the bread. The Abingdon store is 100% better.

The food is consistently delicious and arrives promptly. While it can get busy, I've only had trouble finding seating once or twice. It's a fantastic spot for a lunch date or catching up over coffee with friends. You can also bring your laptop and get some work done while you're here.
I want to sincerely thank the staff member who recommended the Fuji Apple Cranberry With Guarana Caffeine to me. It has become my new favorite. The sandwich and soup/macaroni were also excellent. Great job!
We enjoy the high quality of food at Panera and visit regularly. Despite the slightly higher prices, my wife and I are happy to pay for the excellent food. It is definitely worth the cost!
The Mac and cheese bowl with bread was incredibly delicious, and I absolutely loved it. The mango smoothie was also delightful and highly recommended!
