I always find the service here to be quick and friendly. While I think the food could be slightly improved, that's just a minor complaint. Overall, the place is always clean, and the food arrives promptly. My mother wanted a chai tea (without sugar or cream) and ordered the only chai on the menu, which turned out to be the higher-calorie option. When she went back to inquire about it, they apologized for not having it available and offered to refund her money along with a free pastry. She declined the pastry, thanking them instead, and put the refund into her drink glass. They also gave her a complimentary coffee.
Today my order was incorrect for a third time, the previous two times including a wrong sandwich and no sandwich. This happens during lunch rush each time. I understand you?re short staffed and are doing your best. Tried calling to speak to someoneprivately today, but no one picked up the phone. Sorry to leave a bad review in order to communicate. Please ask your kitchenstaff to be more mindful. I?d rather wait a little longer and get it right than have to wait twice as long for the correctorder. Thanks and love.

I appreciate the layout, which features a good number of electrical outlets—essential for getting work done. Plus, it's not noisy at all; I've participated in numerous virtual meetings here without any issues.
Be careful if you work for this particular store. Make sure you demand to be paid on time for promotions and commissions you are told you will be earning, when being promoted be sure to assert yourself and ask when you will receive your promised payincreases and incentives do not let them take advantage of you for several months and never make good on their promises. Ilearned a lot of real hard life lessons the hard way working at this location when I was younger.

Pain to deal with. Dont submit to door dash u need a dasher and make the dasher wait 15 minutes for you to acknowledge theres an order and then tell me the wait is longer. News flash this is my job, your waisting my time with being so unorganized. Manageris just no help, if i ask you where is this order that was suppozed to be ready 15 minutes ago probably logical to get it doneright away. Thanks for waisting my time making money

We love this panera. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent! I have the fall squash soup its sooooooooooo good! This is by far my favorite Panera bread. Beautiful atmosphere, Soft Lights music.
